- Kit for measuring out and supplying additive
- It has an injection pump and an electronic heading that allows to configure the percentages of additive corresponding to each type of fuel.
- Optionally, it can send the supply data to a PC or the "cloud".
- The equipment allows to configure one or several products, depending on whether the equipment is to add additive to a fixed tank, where the product will always be the same, e.g.: diesel A; or it is to add additive when filling tank trucks, where different products can be loaded from the same equipment, for example: diesel A, diesel B, ...
- From the electronics it is possible to configure the percentage in ml/m³ you want to add. These data are saved in memory.
- The user must only indicate on the display the litres of fuel that are discharged or desired to add additive and the equipment will inject the corresponding amount of additive. In the case that it is configured to add different percentages according to the product, the user must also select the fuel that must be added on the display: diesel A, diesel B, ... In this case, the equipment will inject the percentage of additive that we have configured for the selected product and the quantity that we have indicated.
- The kit is supplied with suction pipe and a kit adaptable to drums. It is possible to make the suction kit according your requirements.
- The electronics allows the restricted use to authorised users, through iButton or PIN code.
- From a PC or the Internet, it is possible to check the supplies made with the additive, the supply day and hour, the worker, the supplied additive, the remainder additive stock, to input additive and so on.
